As Required(30.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
6 No.(0.66 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
As Required(5.0 ml) Water
Step-by-step
Preparation
Soak 3 tbsp, chana dal, & grind into paste.
In a bowl add batter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp green grated ginger, 1/4th tsp fruit salt. Add 1/8th tsp Haldi and mix well.
Grease the plate with oil.
Place the batter plate in steamer.
For Tempering
Add 1 tsp oil,1/4th tsp rai,Kadi patta,1 tsp chopped green chillies,1/8th tsp hing and water.
Add tempering to Dhokla.
