  • 1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • As Required(5.0 ml) Water

Step-by-step

    Preparation

  • Soak 3 tbsp, chana dal, & grind into paste.
  • In a bowl add batter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp green grated ginger, 1/4th tsp fruit salt. Add 1/8th tsp Haldi and mix well.
  • Grease the plate with oil.
  • Place the batter plate in steamer.
  • For Tempering

  • Add 1 tsp oil,1/4th tsp rai,Kadi patta,1 tsp chopped green chillies,1/8th tsp hing and water.
  • Add tempering to Dhokla.
